1. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and chemical splash goggles. 2. Shake can well. 3. Spray an even coat of stripper onto the surface 4. Wait 10 minutes and without removing any paint or finish, spray another coat of stripper on top of the first coat. 5. Wait 15-20 minutes. 6. To remove the coating use a plastic scraper to scrape off the dissolved finish. Clean carvings and grooves with a scrub brush. Scrub entire piece with #2 steel wool and water to remove all remaining residue. If another application is necessary, allow wood to dry before applying another coat of stripper. 7. Water wash all residue off the surface prior to drying.
HELPFUL TIPS: On heavily coated surfaces, several applications may be necessary. Do not use on rubber, asphalt, tile, linoleum, fiberglass, plastic, or other synthetics. Test in an inconspicuous place first to see if results are satisfactory. For best results, use when temperature ranges from 55°F to 85°F.
